The number of representatives for Synod is dependent on the number of members on the Chaplaincy electoral roll, (one representative for each 50 members on roll)
The number of representatives is reviewed every three years, and members are appointed at the Annual Chaplaincy Meeting, and must attend each Synod

The Synod for 2026 will be the last of the current three year period, and new representatives will be elected at the later Annual Chaplaincy Meeting in 2026, the number being based on the electoral roll at that meeting, and beginning attendance at the 2027 Synod
